We offer worldwide shipping, all rates are provided at checkout depending on selected country.

Europe - 1/2 days

Rest of the world- 3/4 days

All orders are processed and packaged within 1-5 days from date of purchase.

We provide a range of standard and express delivery options depending on your location. We use DHL to ship domestically and internationally. You'll be asked to select a delivery method and timeframe during checkout.

We hope you love your new pieces, but if you need to make a return here are the details:

Items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, email info@8thhouse.fr with subject: Return Request and order number. If return is approved, simply ship the items back to us at your local post office. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records. Please note, any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.

Once we have received your approved return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You will be notified of this via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.

After you purchased a design, we'll send you an e-mail with the status of your order.

If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at info@8thhouse.fr . Order cancellations are accepted within a 24 hour window of placing your order. Any cancellation requests outside of this window will not be accepted.
